Thank you for visiting our National Academy Online^TM web site and for reviewing our Privacy Policy. Our policy is clear:
We collect no information about you, other than information automatically collected and stored (see below), when you visit our web site unless you choose to provide that information to us.

Personally Provided Information:

You do not have to give us personal information to visit our web site.
If you choose to provide us with additional information about yourself through an e-mail message, form, survey, etc., we will only maintain the information as long as needed to respond to your question or to fulfill the stated purpose of the communication.

However, all communications addressed to NAO or the NAO Webmaster may be maintained, as required by law, for historical or security purposes.

Disclosure:

NAO does not disclose, give, sell or transfer any personal information about our visitors, unless required for law enforcement or statute.

This site is hosted by Networks Solutions Co. and maintained by National Academy Online. It is protected by various provisions of Title 18, U.S. Code. Violations of Title 18 are subject to criminal prosecution in federal court.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, we may employ any available legal  procedures to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. In the event of authorized law enforcement investigations, and pursuant to any required legal process.

When Taking any of the NAO Online Courses:

All of the online courses require registration and, therefore, require all students to be authorized by National Academy Online^TM. All registered students will obtain a log-in and a password to access any and all of the courses within an established curriculum schedule.
If you are not authorized or scheduled by National Academy Online^TM to participate in a given course, please leave the course area IMMEDIATELY. Please be advised that all of the NAO materials, software, images, written text, and video animations are subject to US and International copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any of NAO learning materials will be prosecuted to  the fullest extent of the law.

Zero spam tolerance

We do not tolerate spam and will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party. Nor will we send you unsolicited email.

Financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date) is used only to charge the students for the service they are purchasing. This will never be given to any third party (other than the credit card authorization processor) and is immediately deleted from our system once the order has been processed.

How do we protect your information?

In order to prevent unauthorized access, National Academy Online uses strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of personal data of all our students.

All your personal information is password-protected - only registered users have access to their own information.

Does National Academy Online share information?

Your personal information is being provided only to National Academy  unless we specifically state otherwise. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any person or company except where you have given us permission to do so or if the law requires it, or where in good faith National Academy believes such action is necessary to comply with a legal process.
